Designed to fit all Bosch stand mixer/kitchen machines whose model numbers begin with MUM 7 and MEK 7, this big mixing bowl comes with a dough hook, twin beaters, and a spatula. The bowl is made of brushed stainless steel, measures 10-1/2 inches in diameter, and holds up to 5-1/2 pounds (2.5 kilograms) of flour. It has a lock-on lid made of transparent, virtually unbreakable plastic, with a separate cap for its 5-inch oval funnel through which ingredients can be added. The dough hook and beaters are stainless steel, and the bowl and all parts--including the plastic spatula--are dishwasher-safe. --Fred Brack
