Designed for use with all Bosch stand mixer/kitchen machines whose model numbers begin with MUM 6, MUM 7, and MEK 7, the two perforated disks in this set attach to Bosch's MUZ 7 FW1 and MUZ 6 FW2 meat grinders and extrude ground raw or cooked meat, poultry, fish, and grated vegetables and cheese. Made of stainless steel, the disks supplement the 4.5-millimeter (0.18-inch) disk accompanying the meat grinders. One disk has 2-millimeter perforations, the other 6-millimeter.

Also available for fitting onto the meat grinders are the following accessories: MUZ 7 RV1, a grater for nuts and breadcrumbs; MUZ 7 NV1, a set of 13 disks for extruding various pasta shapes; and MUZ 7 WS2, a set of three tips for stuffing different size sausages and shaping croquettes and dumplings. --Fred Brack
