Designed for use with all Bosch stand mixer/kitchen machines whose model numbers begin with MUM 6, MUM 7, and MEK 7, the 13 perforated disks in this set attach to Bosch's MUZ 7 FW1 and MUZ 6 FW2 meat grinders and extrude various pasta shapes. The lasagna disk is made of brass. The other disks are made of aluminum and include shapes such as tagliatelle, vermicelli, rigatoni, and pappardelle. All the disks are dishwasher-safe.

Also available for fitting onto the meat grinders are the following accessories: MUZ 7 LS2, a set of two disks with smaller (2-millimeter) and larger (6-millimeter) perforations than the 4.5-millimeter disk accompanying the meat grinders; MUZ 7 RV1, a grater for nuts and breadcrumbs; and MUZ 7 WS2, a set of three tips for stuffing different size sausages and shaping croquettes and dumplings. --Fred Brack
