Designed to fit all Bosch stand mixer/kitchen machines whose model numbers begin with MUM 7 and MEK 7, this big citrus press consists of a sieve-and-cone and a 1-liter bowl and is designed to extract juice from all citrus fruits. (The citrus press has no motor and cannot operate independently of the Bosch machines listed.) The bowl is calibrated in cups, British pints, and milliliters and has a smooth-pouring spout. Like the sieve-and-cone and the drive shaft, the bowl is made of rugged, virtually unbreakable plastic. The three parts disassemble easily and quickly for cleaning and are dishwasher-safe. The bowl measures 7 inches in diameter and 5-1/2 inches high. --Fred Brack
