Cuisinart 7-c. Work Bowl with Handle, Clear.

I've needed a replacement cuisinart bowl for a very long time. I finally got around to ordering this and could not be happier - it has made all the difference in the world. My cuisinart is 30 years old and the motor is still perfect - thought I'd have to replace the entire thing - but now that I've replaced the bowl I hope to have it another 30 years!

This bowl was what I needed however, it is not "clear". It has a brownish tint to it and doesn't match the rest of the pieces that I have. It works great, I'll give it that, but I really wish that it was "clear" and not a brownish color.

The product was shipped and mailed well from an Amazon Marketplace vendor, Gourmet Kitchen Gallery.

The bowl looks to be an original Cuisinart 7 cup replacement and is a the gray color, not the brown/amber.

This bowl is a tight or firm fit on the base. That being so, I am being very careful and deliberate about clicking it into place gently until it is broken in and I assume at that point, it will slide off and on more smoothly.

The price was around $30 and this seems to be the going rate all over the internet with little exception that I could find.
