Summary: Hamilton Beach 14 cup Food Processor 2009-06-29
Comment: This product does an excellent job. Before I purchased it, I went around to stores such as Walmart, Target, etc. The price on Amazon was the lowest. The only negative thing about the product is the suction cups on the bottom. Since I leave my processor out on my counter, I'm constantly wiping down the counter, and the suction cups make it very difficult to move the processor.

Comment: I brought this Food Processor , when my old one ( had since 1989) plastic handle broke on it and couldn't find a replacement parts. I have uses this food processor several times and I think it does a great job I have used it to crumb my gram-crackers to make my blueberry cheesecake and from the gram crackers to to mixing up the cream cheese and eggs for the middle of the cheese cake and have used it for grating carrots for my carrot-pineapple jello salad. at 1st I thought the 14 cup was too big for my use but the more I use it the better I like it as I don't have to stop and remove the carrots and then cont. of grated more it holds all at one time.

Summary: Good Value! 2009-04-30
Comment: For the money this is a very good buy. The processor has more than adequate power and the controls offer all the options you will normally need of a family size food processor.

Summary: My favorite kitchen tool 2009-04-26
Comment: I've had one of these for years and I use it so much I'm surprised it's still working. I've had food processors since they came on the market and this one has lasted the longest, and it gets used here. When I bought this thing I had no idea I'd have it more than a year or two, because I really use a processor; but, I'm thinking this one has lasted at least five years. I am a from scratch cooker and it's used all the time and I've even given it as wedding presents. Sauce prep is a snap, but my favorite is the way it handles bread. It was the first processor I had that let me mix a standard big loaf without having to knead in half the remaining dough, and it's fast. The only reason I'm looking to buy another now is this one came up under sale items and my bowl is not as pretty as it once was and it would be nice to have a back up just in case it broke. Plus, they make good wedding gifts.
