This Food Processor is a life saver. I was tired of making 3-4 mini batches in a 3c Processor so I finally got this one. I read other reviews that said it only holds 3-4 cups of processed foods and that it spilled out of the hole in the center but I bought it anyway since I know that has happened to me with a smaller one I own. It does read in the manual that you should not exceed 4c of processed food in the large bowl but I filled it to the very top and it processed all of it perfectly. I was wise enough to scoop some out before I removed the bowl to avoid the spilling issue. The Contents filled a 2.5qt corningware dish, that is over 10 cups. AWESOME!! The bowl is generous enough to use a large spoon or ladle in it to scoop out excess.

From a magazine article where 20+ food processors were tested, this food processor was rated second (downside was that it was loud) with other processors in excess of $300. It arrived within days and I have been very happy with it. I don't think it is too loud, and is quieter that the chopper and blender with processor attachment that I used in the past. Would certainly recommend to others, as this is a quality food processor with a great price
