The unit is manufactured from heavy-duty cast iron construction with a sturdy hand crank, clamps securely to any edged counter/table and features an adjustable grinding -- adjustable from course to fine milling for dry grains, oats, corn, wheat, etc.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE

After each use, unit should be thoroughly washed in hot, soapy water and dried thoroughly by hand cloth. A light coating of vegetable oil should be applied for preservation of metallic finish

ADJUST FROM COURSE TO FINE

Turn large threaded screw on front of mounting in clockwise direction an tighten wing nut on threaded shaft locking steel burr in place.
