I bake daily for a farm stand and purchased the first one to have a good bowl that wouldn't skid around on the counter. What I received was a bowl that wouldn't skid around when beating in it, but also is thick walled, well balanced and is a pleasure to work with. My hubby who has a thing about balance and quality liked it so much he ordered me two more. If it weren't for sentimental value I would get rid of all my other bowls and keep just these. I titled this as the "almost perfect bowl". The only thing that would make them closer to perfect would be if there was a cover with it in order to put them in the fridge to chill.

As usual with all my purchases thru Amazon, the orders were received on a timely basis, well packed and as described.

These Oxo Good Grips mixing bowls are the best. The non-skid bottom makes me wonder how I lived without it in the past. The bowl stays in place much, much, much more reliably. Love 'em, and have been telling my friends to buy them.

These are the best mixing bowls you could ever buy. The rubber base on the bottom is what makes them so nice. They dont slide around, extremely sturdy... and very easy to clean. I bought 3 of them... 3qt., and 2 X 1.5 qts.
